Welcome to the Nailsea Baptist Church Website
As you read through the information contained in these pages you will discover a community of God’s people who have a passion for Jesus Christ and a love for people. We are at an exciting time in our church development. We have a heart for God’s world and are developing our ministries to support and reach out to those in the Nailsea area. We are already actively involved in Nailsea and have just launched ‘Money Matters’. Money Matters involves: a course on ‘Money Management’ and also ‘Money Coaches’ who are able to sit down and help people manage their finances and debt. We are working in partnership with professional agencies within Nailsea to provide parenting workshops, supporting parents and strengthening families. Two courses will begin in September: One on a Thursday evening for dads and another on a Friday morning at the Children’s Centre. Starting in September is ‘Time Out @ 10’ a parent and carers drop in at Church House, Silver Street Nailsea. This is an opportunity to relax and make new friends. Our ‘Year4God’ intern programme will be launched in September. A year of discipleship, practical theology, hands on mission experience and ministry. From September at our Sunday evening focus evenings we will be focusing on ‘Getting to grips with the Bible.’ A practical programme aimed at equipping people to know more of the Bible and how to use the it.
